Commands work in Twitch chat and YouTube live chat. Balances are per-platform until the Discord Bank ships /link — after that, one merged balance follows you everywhere. Earning happens automatically while you watch; commands are just how you check, spend, and gamble it. Rate limits exist so the economy stays an economy.
